Tailored Scope of Works
1.
After the initial meeting(s), and the agreement to proceed with our services, the first day is not chargeable as a full day is required as a fact-find, and market orientation. This is in-depth research and initial analysis of the full situation.
Day two is focused on analysing the company both internally and externally, challenging assumptions, and deep-dives into the strategy, operating model, and challenges facing the company.

A brief report is provided, which details recommended initial courses of action and future considerations.
Days three to five are the initial stages of delivering the recommendations; further research into the intricacies and implications of very specific solutions to overcome challenges. Putting processes in place and enacting a short to medium term plan.
3.
Days six to ten focuses on reviewing changes to date, ensuring the direction is coherent & sustainable, and further delivery of recommendations.
4.
A progress report is provided, which details the next steps, short-term aims, and further guidance.
Timescales
We are flexible to our clients’ needs; whether one or two days a week, or block bookings of multiple weeks to ensure we are exclusively dedicated during critical times.
Working Patterns
Some businesses require two days, whereas most require longer periods of time. Engagements longer than two weeks are not uncommon, but typically are highly nuanced with very specific needs.
Returning Business
Some clients prefer to seek our services with particular growth challenges as they materialise, others seek a more routine consultancy service such as one day a month, or one week every four months.
