Less-intensive coaching programs
1. DIY - 12 months
Acorn to Oak led, but client delivered. The entry level service for clients with the resources to deliver for themselves who require arms-length guidance, a toolkit to aid in delivery, and some introductions to pivotal influencers.
Cost: £500 per month
2. Bring it on - 9 Months
Led by Acorn to Oak, delivered in partnership with clients. At least 2 days per month is spent with the client auditing, strategising, planning and delivering. Coaching and guidance offered as well as a comprehensive introductions to the people the clients need access to.
Cost £1,000 per month
3. Just get it done - 6 months
Led and delivered by Acorn to Oak to deliver the clients vision and goals. At least 8 days per month spent working closely with the client. A range of introductions made to people pivotal to client’s future success; we manage the relationships on behalf of our clients. Full access to professional network, toolkit and support materials at specified stages.
Cost £5,000 per month
Intensive full-time consulting/contracting
A. Initial insights - 5 days (must be used within 1 month)
A comprehensive audit, strategy revision, operating model, and detailed plan of the next steps. Delivered in close partnership with our client.
Cost £2,500 where £1,000 business coaching grant has been secured.
B. Business support package – a 40 day package (must be used within 1 year)
Covers specific challenges faced by the client. Similar content to the entry level with the difference of the new processes are initiated and tested before handing them over when they’re up and running.
Cost: £20,000 where £5,000 business coaching grant has been secured.
C. Make it take off – Limitless timescale to meet clients’ unique needs
Tailored for companies wanting exponential growth and huge investment for in-organic growth. This package is perfectly suited to the serious entrepreneurs and future focused young companies seeking to be the next regional or national market force.
Cost: £800 per day
Subscription services
Gain the benefits of experienced and knowledgeable NEDs without the bureaucracy.
Maintain access to Acorn to Oak and use us as a sounding board, a challenger/critical thinker, your safety net, and a guide for crisis PR/Comms.
Maintain quick access to our services should you need them for another future project.
Cost: £250 per month
